1Reply8 years ago | Vibratome UltraPro 5000 Cryostat Is anyone familiar with the microtome in this unit. I'm looking for PM or adjustment or service data. I've seen these in a couple of university labs. They appear to special Vibratome (vibrating) microtomes housed in a Bright OTF 5000 cryostat cabinet. Online searches indicate that there was a company called "The Vibratome Company," fifteen years ago, but its website yields error 404, now. Also, Leica now appears to be making microtomes (not cryostats) using the "Vibratome" name, so Leica might have acquired the technology. Ross Hansohn

2Replies9 years ago | OTF 5000 Manual Does anyone have an electronic copy of the service manual for the Bright OTF 5000 cryostat. The Building we were in experienced a fire and the smoke and water damage has rendered our bound paper manuals useless. Thanks in advance! Reply |
