2RepliesTue Jul 15 2025 | No ultrasound image on Acuson NX2 despite probe detection – Requesting diagnostics advice or service manual Hello colleagues, I’m working on an Acuson Nx2 ultrasound system that powers on correctly and detects the connected transducer. However, no ultrasound image appears — no B-mode echo, no Doppler trace, nothing visible. The touchscreen and UI respond normally, and I’ve tried replugging the probe, changing presets, and checking basic connectivity. My current suspicion lies either in the excitation (transmit) side of the probe, or possibly the receive path inside the system. I’d like to know if anyone has experienced this issue before — and more importantly, if anyone could kindly share the **Service Manual or internal diagnostics procedure** (e.g. self-test steps, test points, or signal tracing methods).
