Fast Sequential Mode

  • Fast Sequential (FS) mode on Agilent 240FS and 280FS AA instruments simplify your flame AA analysis, save time and reduce gas consumption. FS mode changes the analysis sequence to measure elements in the same aspiration, rather than only one element at a time in conventional AA, improving the workflow efficiency.

Save Time with PROMT

  • Agilent’s 240FS and 280FS AA systems feature PRecision Optimized Measurement Time (PROMT) mode that allows the operator to set the level of precision that they want for sample results. Sample read time is optimized, with high concentration elements requiring less time than low concentration elements for the same level of precision. This increases throughput, prevents wasted time and reduces costly gas consumption without compromising precision.
