DESCRIPTION
Incubator, Laboratory
In-VitroCell model NU-5720 is a CO2 Incubator designed to control relative humidity (RH) levels in the growth chamber better through a sensor and reservoir in place of a water pan. The RH control method allows for greater accuracy to maintain a stable RH percentage by injecting water vapor into the growth chamber to meet the setpoint. RH control is perfect for research samples prone to desiccation or dryer environments.
FEATURES
PRECISE HUMIDITY CONTROL
- Relative humidity levels up to 90% are achieved in the growth chamber through the use of a 3-liter reservoir external to the chamber. The chamber air is routed through the water vapor saturated the air in an evaporate box to add humidity when the RH sensor indicates more humidity is needed to meet set point.
DUAL DECONTAMINATION CYCLES
- The direct heat technology enables the use of a 145°C dry and 95°C humidified decontamination cycle that can be conveniently run overnight in just 8 hours without removing the CO2 or temperature sensors. The NuTouch control system steps the user through the process with on screen instructions and displays progress throughout each phase of the complete cycle.
