• In case of emergency, the backrest can be brought down manually through a (CPR manoeuvre) quick release lever available on both sides of the bed; the levers are easily identifiable in all conditions of use.
• Mattress platform with thermoformed ABS covers, easily removable and sanitised. The mattress platform is equipped with an integrated bed lengthener, stratified laminate (HPL), manually extractable by 30 cm. The bed platform increases from 177 cm (in closed position) to 207 cm.
• Easily removable headboard and footboard, with a lever lock/unlock device. Made of polyethylene with stainless steel connection tubes. Prepared for the installation of a monitor shelf. Designed to hook the monitor shelf. 
• The base, obstacle free, is covered by a plastic casing. Twin wheels, 150 mm diameter, with antistatic system, which can be locked simultaneously, complete the base. By acting on the pedals, located at the foot end, it is possible to unlock/lock the wheels or switch to directional mode. An acoustic warning will be activated in the event of a power connection and unbraked wheels.
• The bed is equipped with 4-section side rails, with integrated controls, with dampened movement and adouble-action lock/unlock system. The panels are made of polyethylene and their shape is designed to guarantee a containment height of 45 cm above the bed mattress platform.
