The computer supports a Lexmark E360d printer, I am currently trying to upgrade to aLexmark 310 printer but I am unable to load the drivers since the computer has a floppy drive. Does any body has any suggestions how this can be done.

HMX RBC QC low

I have a HMX Hematology Analyzer. Calibration is OK, maintainance done, QC ok except for the RBC all levels are running low but within limits. Last month same thing. I let them 5 to 8 min at Room temp before I run them. What should I do to fix this? thanks

Running the analyzer without DMS
Our computer went down and we are waiting for service. Is there a way we can run the HmX? In the past before computers all analyzers were able to work just fine and print the results.Reply
