0RepliesMon May 04 2026 | Steris 333 washer, error 12, sump rtd heating malf ive got a unit that worked fine for a month or so and now has this error. From what I can tell, the contactors(CL and CH) are never getting power to the coil. Ive checked the 2 fuses and drivers b/w main pcb and i/o but now i'm stuck and the schematics just arent thorough enough. Maybe a bad relay? But 1 schematic shows that same ssr sharing chamber heating and 1 of the chemical pumps, but that pump is working. Reply |
2RepliesTue Apr 20 2021 | Failed RTD with conjoining sump issues I Have a Steris 333 in the field that is throwing a fault 12 followed by a fault 7 upon canceling the cycle. i put a brand new sump pump in the machine and checked all the cold water flow valves. the only thing i haven't done is calibrated the RTD again. would replacing the RTD probes circumvent having to recalibrate the machine? if not what's the best way to go about recalibration.Reply |
1ReplyTue Oct 08 2019 | Reset Procedure for Maintenance Reminders? We need the reset procedure to clear the Maintenance Code #3 reminder. Steris will not provide this information and says we have to purchase the manual. They will sell the PMs kits, but will not tell you how to reset reminders. Reply |
