This warming cabinet is designed to safely store and warm either irrigation fluids or injection fluids. Full Wall Warming Patented warming technology distributes warmth evenly to blankets or fluids, through the use of an electrothermal cable array in the two sides and bottom of cabinet. An exclusive, reliable, no-moving-parts warming feature. Precision Electronic Controls Easy to use, touch pad controls on most models. On fluid warmers, you may choose irrigation or injection fluids, and may easily adjust desired temperature within recommended range. Audible alarm feature is included on all fluid warmers for overtemp situations. Lock-out function is featured on all deluxe blanket and fluid warmers for extra security. Easy to view LED readout on all models. Door Features Snug fitting doors shut tightly to maintain temperature and conserve heat energy. Insulated glass window doors provide at-a-glance inventory. Front door/back door option, allowing warmers to be shared between areas, is available on selected blanket warmer models. Heavy Duty Hardware Rugged, easy to grip handles with magnetic latch. Large, commercial hinges are built to take years of heavy use. Casters for Mobility Wheels allow for easy positioning. Wheel locks keep the warmer where you place it. Perimeter bumper protects warmer doors and finish. Available on selected models.

This warming cabinet is designed to safely store and warm either irrigation fluids or injection fluids. The single-chambered warming cabinet is constructed with 20 gauge stainless steel exterior casing and door. Window door allows observation of inventory while the door is closed. The cabinet is warmed using the patented Halo Heat® low-heat-density electrothermal cable array. The electronic control ensures an accurate chamber temperature within +0/-1.1°C (+0/-2ºF) of the set point for temperatures set between 37 – 43°C (98 – 110ºF) and within +0/-1.7°C (+0/-3ºF) of the set point for temperatures set between 43 – 66°C (110 – 150ºF). The cabinet is equipped with one (1) white, epoxy-coated wire basket, with a 16 liter capacity to accommodate most commonly used surgical fluids packaged in bags or bottles. The cabinet is furnished with four (4) 1-1/4” (31mm) non-skid rubber feet. The electronic control consists of a 4 digit L.E.D. display, On/Off key, heat indicator, increase and decrease keys, built-in lock-out feature and a series of prompt sequence indicators. The control can easily be set to operate in Celsius or Fahrenheit. Fail-safe feature "remembers" the operational mode in the event of a power failure. Once power is restored, the warmer will begin to operate as before. Individual temperature controls for irrigation fluids (IRR) and injection fluids (INJ) allow for precise temperature settings. IRR temperature may be adjusted from 98° to 150°F (37° to 66°C) while the INJ temperature range is 98 F to 110° F (37° to 43°C). An alarm will sound if temperature exceeds 10°F (6°C) over the set-point temperature. An additional built-in safety override feature prevents the cabinet from overheating. WarmWatch Option This optional package includes a Dual Temperature Readout that provides visual verification of the unit’s set-point and actual temperatures; Reporting Capabilities to record and report warmer performance data; and a USB Port on the control panel for easy data download. WarmWatch Features An independent temperature sensing system with separate RTD probe, in addition to the standard RTD control probe A dual temperature display that shows set-point temperature and the independently verified, actual chamber logged temperature An electronic control with dedicated microprocessor for PID temperature control and verification temperature sensing systems; continuous electronic monitoring of machine functions and accuracy analysis; and data logging. A flush-mounted USB port on the control panel writes data from memory to a USB flash drive for transfer to a computer. (Computer not included.) Connect USB flash drive to a computer to retrieve written reports and summary. View diagram http://www.enthermics.com/diagram.html?ec230l
