The QBC Autoread Plus Centrifugal Hematology System yields quantitative value from venous or capillary blood for hematocrit, hemoglobin, mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC), platelet count, white blood cell count, granulocyte count and percentage, and a combined lymphocyte/monocyte count and percentage. Following sample collection and preparation, the operator simply inserts the sample in to the instrument loading platform and closes the lid, after which testing is entirely automatic.
