S7 system error
The centrifuge displays "S7 system error". This error comes on after power outages. My warranty is out. I did "clear-911-enter" and it did not work. Please DO NOT give obvious answers such as "call the service people". Reply

H7 and H8 error

I am having problem H7 and H8 error, we have contacted the technical support of the company and they said that we need to replace the ROTOR ID HALL EFFECT with part number 369082. They are charging us about 1,200 dollars for the parts and services since it also involve the calibration of the hall effect to the rotor. We are thinking of doing the replacement by our selves to save some. Can any one help us on how to do the calibration procedure? or is there any other way to do the repair instead of buying the parts? Thank you.

FEATURES

Quick on the job - Shorter run times mean more discovery for you. Avanti J-E's high torque switched reluctance (SR) drive gives you more time at speed and less time getting there.
Shares lab space with others - The Avanti J-E is about the size of a portable dishwasher. The small footprint gives you the freedom to place it right in your lab, so it's where you need it, when you need it.
Conservative and Resourceful - Avanti J-E uses a maintenance free vacuum to reduce friction on the rotor, allowing for a smaller motor and compressor that generates less heat, and less energy usage. These energy efficient components not only prolong the life of the centrifuge, but also increase savings when amortized over time.
Widely respected in rotors - For Volume requirements ranging from microplates to 1-liter bottles, Avanti J-E's extensive rotor library maximizes capacity and optimizes g-force. The library includes: general purpose, high capacity (4 liter), and biosafe certified rotors with patented dual locking lids for safe sample transportation.
