Fail to create a new report on Encore 2009.

Hi friends, Does anyone know how to create a new report in the Encore 2009 software. I've tried to create one but does not work. If I simulate it works, when i open an existing exame and choose this new report the image does not appear in the box. The created file is empty

I was just recently at a bone density seminar and the instructor felt that we should be doing the aluminum spine phantom weekly.  I was not performing bone denisties when this unit was put in so I have now history knowledge and we currently only do the daily QC test with the black box.  My question is should we really be doing this QC test weekly in the future?
