0RepliesSun Jul 25 2021 | M10 Alarm and Alexa Smart Outlet I want to put the M10 on an Alexa smart outlet so my wife does not have to go downstairs to turn the concentrator on and off. I did but when Alexa cuts the power to the outlet of course the M10 thinks its a power outage and the alarm goes off. Is there a way to disable the alarm?Reply |
1ReplyThu Jul 15 2021 | Occlusion Alarm not working We have a couple of M10 Concentrators and we are trying to test the output occlusion alarm without any success. There doesn't seem to be any internal leak and the pressures all are passing. Anyone have any ideas?Reply |
