Hi I was doing some preventative maintenance earlier in the month and noticed the 130 I was working on did not turn the thermal indicator while the display read over 180 degrees. I then calibrated the booster RTD to the correct temperature and the unit then passed a test but after a couple more cycles the unit now continues to heat until the water in chamber evaporates and then throws a Low Pump Pressure alarm. This RTD has recently been replaced and was curious why I am unable to dial that RTD in correctly? I can cheat the RTD to make the unit complete a cycle as normal and it feels hot on the window but it won't pass a thermal indicator. I am sure that I can continue to tweak the RTD calibration to make it work but am curious why I have to cheat it at all? The meter I use to calibrate the RTD is calibrated annually so I am almost certain it is correct and I have not had any troubles with it before. Just curious if anyone else has ran into this and what they might have done to fix it or if they just left it as is? Thank you for your help.
