2RepliesSat May 31 2025 | Error 15.1 Hi so I’m trying to troubleshoot what is going on with our laser. We keep getting error 15.1 with the laser - it happens majority of the times but lately it’s been happening almost every time we start the machine. When we start the machine it takes us to a calibration screen every single time ( which never happened before) Sometimes (once the setting is kept very low like 6j) it allows us to use it and sometimes when we restart the device it works but I’m not sure what needs to be addressed to fix this problem. I’m asking for the best help I can get online because we live in a country where there are no aesthetic laser techs available ( I will have to fly someone in specifically which I’m okay to do but if it’s a simple issue I rather see if we can fix it first) Equipment: Candela Gentle YAG Reply |
0RepliesMon Jan 27 2025 | Machine can't detect spot size ( hp ) Hi, I have a problem regarding gentleyag handpiece. When I connect the handpiece, it cant detect it. I notice when I try to change the spot size, it only detect for a second and after that it can't detect again. I trt to use another handpiece and the result is same. 1ReplyWed Oct 30 2024 | The Candela Gentle YAG water tank cannot be heated. The input voltage of the heating rod is only AC 175V. Why is this? My Candela Gentle YAG device failed to heat up today. I checked the input voltage of the heating rod and it is AC 175V (it was 220V before). What is the reason? Is it the AC distribution board that is faulty? Does it need to be replaced as a whole?
