3 Replies -NewBio Mon Aug 09 2021	Mon Aug 09 2021Alaris Medley 8015 and 8100 Service Manual I am looking for the most recent version of the service manual for these devices. The one on this website looks to be a revision from 2007. I got in contact with BD tech support and they said that the service manual should be online, but all the ones I have found have outdated illustrated parts lists. The most recent one I was able to dig up is from 2017, but has the same issue. If anyone has an updated copy they would be willing to share it would be much appreciated.Reply
5 Replies -Floyd Willis Sat Jun 09 2018	Sat Jun 09 2018Alaris 8015 fails Fast Battery Conditioning During annual PM, I do a Fast Battery Conditioning to verify the battery status. I have had a handful of pumps (about 3% of the units) that will not complete the test. They will sit at 0 time remaining. I have put in new (not OEM) batteries and they still will not complete the test. BD recommended trying the power supply and reflashing the PCU. I have done both of those and it still will not complete the Fast Battery Conditioning. BD is also adamant that only their batteries should be used. Before I buy a BD battery, has anyone experienced this?Reply
