Abbott - Plum XL3
DESCRIPTION
Triple-Channel All Purpose Pump. The Abbott Plum XL3 is a three-channel infusion pump. This means that it is like three independently operating pumps on one power cord, all in one transportable unit weighing around 20 pounds. The XL3 can be used as a micro device (0.1 - 99.9mL/hr) and a macro device (1 - 999mL/hr). The unit provides automatic air trapping and elimination, and the back priming feature eliminates line breaks. There is automatic free flow protection, which is an integral part of the Plum Set. The lock out switch makes the pump tamper-resistant. This pump will deliver the primary infusion, but it also offers a secondary infusion option (piggyback feature).
