DESCRIPTION

Linear accelerators come with different features, a user can choose a low energy, single photon, no electrons unit, similar to the Varian’s low energy accelerators or the user may choose a high energy, dual or triple photon, with electrons and a variety of options such as Portal vision, Multi-Leaf Collimator (MLC), Image Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT), Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT).
