2Replies4 months ago | Midmark bed stuck in down position Good morning, I have a midmark 224 exam table that is in the down position and won't elevate with the foot remote. This is a "wired" remote and plugs in. I used the foot remote on another working exam table and the remote elevated and lowered with no issues, so I disregarded the need for a new remote. I raised the bed manually with my drill and 5/16th and replaced the "Base up", "Base down" and the "limit switch". When I plug the power cord back in, I hear the beeps from the control board. Then as soon as I plug in the foot control, the bed automatically lowers without me pressing any button. when I removed the foot remote, the lowering stops. Anyone have this issue before. 1Reply10 months ago | Stirrup Issue Nursing staff at my hospital have been complaining that the stirrups are hard to maneuver. I noticed that the locking pin that locks their side to side movement have been sticking. The confusing part is that when a patient is sitting on the unit, it apparently makes them even harder to use. I don't see how the weight of someone on the bed interacts with the stirrups and its guides. Has anyone dealt with this before? Reply |

Switched back out to old hand control still nothing. No noticeable noises or anything when hand control activated. Any leads on where to start? Clinic is an hour away and want to be prepared.
