1ReplySat Apr 27 2013 | SL-8 SimSlim Failure I am having some trouble with the SL-8 SimSlim. I was running some simulations on a Bedside Monitor when accidentally the SL-8 fell to the floor from a height of around 1mt. What happpened next was the device was not generating the QRS wave and the LEDs were switching from each mode to another with intervals. I read that if the MODE button is not pressed for 2 hours, the device would return to NRS Adult mode. When I came back to check it, it seems the device was manipulated because the led of ARR MODE 1 remains ON sincethen. I need to know what can I do to make it work again and if there is any risk disassembling the device to disconnect the battery and restart it. So I am sending this message before doing it, so please I hope you give me an answer soon. Thank you very much. Reply |
