Analyzer Measurement & Simulator

The LKG 610 Electrical Safety Analyzer is a microprocessor-controlled, full-featured analyzer designed to test all types of medical equipment with precision and reliability. Engineered for biomedical engineers and medical equipment service technicians, this advanced analyzer includes a complete set of ten universal lead connectors, compatible with both snaps and posts of any size.

The LKG 610 measures line voltage, outlet polarity, device current, earth leakage current, chassis resistance, and case leakage current. It also performs lead isolation (ISO) tests and point-to-point resistance measurements to ensure comprehensive electrical safety compliance.

Tests are quick and simple to perform using clearly labeled function keys. Results are displayed on a large, easy-to-read LCD screen, with LED indicators showing the measurement units. Durable switches allow for polarity change, neutral open/close, and ground lift testing.

With calibrated test points to ensure accuracy and repeatability, users can select between AAMI and IEC 601 test loads. The unit features an accessible 20A receptacle fuse and internal protection for added safety.

Compact, portable, and designed for demanding biomedical environments, the LKG 610 Electrical Safety Analyzer delivers an unmatched combination of features, performance, and value for medical device safety testing. Each unit includes a soft carrying case and a red resistance test lead for convenience. (Generated by AI)

chassis resistance measurement irregularities

Is anyone else having problems with this unit?  They provide a convenient  test point jack on the side for 1 ohm (and also for 200 microamps) and the test works fine, t h e r e....but, if you connect this same cord to the female ground on the test receptacle, you get erratic resistance.  At first I thought it might just be the chs gnd switch, but that checks good.  I sent it to our cal lab and they say that they are unable to get any support from Netech.  I have had this problem with 2 different units over the past six months.  I haven't contacted Netech yet, by the way, I was just wondering if this is a common occurance.

It is microprocessor controlled and has a full complement of 10 leads. The LKG 610 measures line voltage, outlet polarity, device current, earth leakage current, chassis resistance and case leakage current. In addition, it performs lead ISO tests and point-to-point measurements. Tests can be performed quickly when the appropriate test function key is pushed. Measurements results are presented on a large LCD display and measurement units are clearly indicated by an LED. Large switches change the polarity, open and close neutral and lift the ground. Ten universal lead connectors accept both snaps and any size posts. Calibrated test points are available to ensure performance accuracy and repeatability. Either the AAMI or IEC 601 test loads may be selected. The receptacle is fused with an accessible 20 A fuse, and the tester is fused internally.Reply
