1ReplyWed May 28 2025 | Trackball unresponsive Hello, I’m trying to get an unresponsive trackback to work, going into ge external service menu didn’t find anything that would help. Cables insides are plugged in properly hardware looks good, when plugging in USB mouse I have full cursor control. Is there any way to get into windows background control panel menus ? Any ideas ? 2RepliesThu Nov 21 2019 | Service mode I no longer seem to have the option to log into service mode. I only see user modes as options. Can anyone help me get into service mode? I was just there yesterday LOL. I am also looking for an easy way to delete all patient records. Thank you!Reply |
4RepliesWed Mar 27 2019 | "May not be calibrated" I just completed a fresh install of software on a Vivid q and every time it is booted a message pops up stating that the unit may not be calibrated. I have no options available under the calibration menu to calibrate the system. Does this require the rolling password? I do not have access to the current password.Reply |
