TEC-5521C have no synchronous trigger mark

First:when I do my testing with Defibrillator Analyzer Phase 3 on TEC-5521C about Synchronous delay,I found TEC-5521C have no synchronous trigger mark after pressing the synchronous key.Phase 3 show the delay time is 350ms.the same things happened on TEC-7631C.I did not know whether I do the wrong operation or not. prohaps TEC-5521C and TEC-7631C are bad .I did not know how to do next step.

Second: another TEC-7631C show almost half Joules compared with the set energy,how did I do to repair it?
