1ReplyWed May 29 2019 | No Digital Imaging from DRS version 3.1 A client is having an issue with their G.E. Legacy RF system. Conventional fluoro works fine however no digital imaging can be acquired......they just get lines across the monitor when the system is switched over to digital. I have not yet been on site but the customer states G.E. has swapped out all the boards in the DRS section yet still have no image and no error codes. G.E. also said it appears they are getting video to the DRS section (appears??? you either have video or you don't) but get nothing out of the DRS to the monitors. I'm guessing bad cable run or something loading down the video signal? Any advice and documentation would be appreciated. Thanks!Reply |
