0RepliesMon May 27 2024 | Table elevation encoder C-Pulse adjustment Hello, i need some information about adjustment of C-Pulse. I dont have service manual. On my ETC board it does not light. Is there any procedure to adjust it. I think because of it the table doesnt moves down completly. The CT is scaning well. Any suggestions about my situation. Please help me.

3RepliesSun Jul 01 2018 | Swap Memory and Identifying a new tube (MX200) Dear all, we have a LightSpeed Ultra with two issues that we are not able to solve. First of all we get a "Swap Memory Full" error. How can we free swap memory? And besides we have had to change the X-ray tube (MX200 Type III) and with the new tube the system says that the X-ray tube hasn't been identified and that we should contact GE service. Any idea?
