Pressing an actuation on the Handcontrol - but only getting a clicking sound ??

Could be the motor has seized, do not "tap" it with a mallet, or bump/drop the table to the floor, the magnets are glued on and you could dislodge them. it will probably be a carbon build up in the motor, (strip and clean, replace the carbon brushes / bearings ) - record the position of the relay assembly wires, before stripping !!!

Not even getting a click - if the batteries are good ( look for the green light on the battery icon on the Handcontrol), then the relay is bad - (replace)
