0RepliesThu Feb 25 2021 | Veris 8600 - Communication with remote monitor - Error on Remote Good evening, everyone. One of the two remote monitors that I have keeps giving me this error: 'System Error 0c03 at site 2051 (...), where the letters in parenthesis vary (0AEC; 0AEB; 0ADA; 0A9C). After the error is displayed, the system reboots, and it keeps doing that. Although the settings are correct (checked with the other remote monitor for which the connection is successful), I cannot have a successful connection due to this constant rebooting. Does anyone know what this error is caused by? I could not find any info in the Service and Operational Manual of Veris 8600. My software version is Rev3.2c. Thank you in advance, AlessandraReply |
1ReplyMon Apr 17 2017 | Monitor apaga quando a unidade principal para de monitorizar o paciente por 2 minutos, por motivo de troca de paciente do fica stanby, o deixa de trasmitir para unidade remota.( display monitor ) como resolver este problema? When the main unit stops monitoring the patient for 2 minutes, because of the stanby patient changeover, it stops transmitting to the remote unit (display monitor) how to solve this problem?Reply |
