Toshiba CT Scanner S4 can not warming-up

Hello dear colleagues.

I an looking for help to fix a Toshiba CT Scanner Super 4.

When I try to make a warming-up process, just get the following message: "X-Ray condition prohibited.

Change scan condition.

Code(0xb2300000) dev(0x00010002) Pno(1)", and nothing else happens. What does it mean? What condition refers to?

Any help will be highly appreciated.

My e-mail: vijmaal@gmail.com

Best regards.
