4RepliesThu Mar 29 2018 | System does not display probe image I am having an issue with 2 Vivid e system - software R5.0.1. When the systems boot up they seems all fine, except there is no probe image. The system still recognizes the probe being attached but there is no B-mode image, no doppler either. Sometimes doing the "Full Maintenance Reboot" clears up the issue, but it comes back after 1-3 months or so. When the maintenance reboot doesnt resolve the issue I have no choice but to reload the software. Is anyone else experiencing this type of problem? How can I prevent this from continuously happening?Reply |
