No Power- Burdick - Eclipse 850
There's no power when plugged in to AC, even after installing new battery and charging overnight. Reply

I'm trying to change date, time, delete patients, actually I need to reset the unit to its factory defaults but we don't have the password. Is there a master password for these units?Reply
