The Silhouette's design incorporates a striking new look. The Silhouette provides all the advanced applications of Varian's high energy Clinac accelerators, in a smaller footprint. With a reduction of 18 inches (46cm) from isocenter to back wall, the Silhouette fits right into the existing small accelerator or cobalt treatment rooms. Direct access to all system components is available through the six panel doors for immediate serviceability. Additional enhancements include a smaller modulator and advanced insulation, which reduces noise levels by 50% during beam on state, for a quieter, more comfortable patient experience. Each Silhouette can be customised with a wide variety of artistic panels to appeal to all patients - young and old. Choose from calming nature scenes, playful graphics, lush photography and more. Users can easily change panels to accommodate the changing patient population.
