Hello,

I have a C3134 camera processor that has a very aberrant visual distortion with complete blurring of the image and vertical bars of only the most intense colors. I get the same distortion with two different camera heads so I am fairly certain the problem is the processor. I am looking for any ideas as to the cause of the problem so I can maybe try repairing it by part replacment. I sent it to a biomedical facility that said it was too old to repair. I can send an image of the distortion if this would be helpful.

We mean do you have some distribuitor here in Mexico in order to get support from them thank you very much.

After having the camera on for a period of 10 minutes or a few minutes longer everything that has a dark color such as black will turn into a blue color and then focus back to its original color. why is that? and does anyone have a service manual?
