When I open the “License Details” section, the table for “Available Features” is completely empty. I can see the path to the license file, but I’m unable to view any actual license information or features. Does anyone know why the feature list is blank and how I can properly view the license details on the X700? Thanks in advance! Reply
1 Reply -markoshv_3569 Thu Sep 25 2025	Thu Sep 25 2025Fan alarm despite normal cooling — Acuson X700 Hello colleagues, I'm troubleshooting an Acuson X700 system that shows the warning: “System cooling fans non-functional” — it pops up every minute for ~5 seconds, then disappears. The system works fine, but the pop-up disturbs the operator. Diagnostics so far: System self-test: PASS PSU voltages: Normal All 4 fans spinning, airflow OK Fan monitoring circuit seems blind to fan activity Fan Alarm connector (from PSU): Red: +12 V — OK Black: GND — OK White (Tach): 2 fans stuck at 12 V 2 fans =1.08 V, no pulses Has anyone seen this issue before? Does anyone have a PSU/fan monitoring schematic or know how the X700 interprets tach signals? Thanks in advance! Equipment: Siemens Acuson X700 Reply
