DESCRIPTION
Fresenius C.A.T.S is a fast, continuous, blood-processing machine.The C.A.T.S will process both intraoperative and postoperative shed blood into washed packed red cells (PRC). The Fresenius Continuous AutoTransfusion System is also effective in trauma applications. The functional principle of the Fresenius C.A.T.S continuous-action washing chamber ensures high quality of the packed red cells with high hematocrit levels.
