Connecting version M3046a D.11 and D.15 to Intellivue XDS L.00 - N.01
I am testing two Philips - Agilent M3046A patient monitors with M3000A servers attached with the Intellivue XDS suite and am running into a connectivity issue. Right now, XDS is installed on a Windows 10 PC (firewall off, 172.31.0.0/21 network segment), testing against version L.00 and N.01 to see if I can get the XDS software to connect with the monitors. Looking at the documentation, there should not be an issue but when I connect the monitors, I get "Monitor identity check failed: TIMEOUT [monitor name]". I can see the patient monitor in the Home Monitor list (trying one monitor at a time) and I can see the connection attempt to initiate but the connection drops. I have been looking for a compatibility matrix and additional settings I could change for the XDS platform (certificates, timeout settings, encryption levels, etc.) but I have not been able to locate any details. Any information you can share would be greatly appreciated!Reply

M3001A Pacer Not Captioning

When the MMS Module is connected to the monitor it flashed pacer not captioning on the screen. Is this a main board issue or an ECG board issue?
