Reagent Pack Deleted

When I unloaded a reagent pack, it won't let me re-load it because the analyzer says that it has been deleted. There is no way to override the deletion of a reagent pack, and I did not manually delete it

Calibration Reagent Error

When I order a calibration, the supply screen prompts me to load a reagent pack for that assay before it can begin calibration, but there is already a reagent pack loaded, and it is recognized in the reagent inventory.
