DESCRIPTION

The Spacelabs Medical Digital Telemetry system provides continuous electrocardiographic (ECG) monitoring to detect ST segment changes, abnormal cardiac rhythms, including asystole, ventricular fibrillation, and ventricular tachycardia.                                    When the system is used with the multiparameter digital telemetry transmitter (90343) and the Ambulatory Blood Pressure (ABP) monitor (90217), monitoring of ECG signals is enhanced by the availability of continuous or episodic pulse oximetry (SpO2)                  measurements and/or episodic noninvasive blood pressure (NIBP) measurements.
