Temperature Issues

To Whom It May Concern,

Hi I have a In-Vivo F Pro molecular imaging equipment and it has a cooled CCD camera. The problem is that the temperature on it doesn't go down to -29 deg C. Do you have any idea where the problem could be? Thanks!
