Zoll X Series / ProPaq Powering issues

I’m troubleshooting a Propaq / X Series unit and could use some advice. The device shows the following symptoms:

  • The right 'ready-to-use' indicator turns black when powered on.
  • There are no LED lights on the top left, and the screen displays no image.

I’ve checked the power being drawn from the power pack, and it’s coming through as expected (measured using a multimeter). However, once it connects to the main board, nothing powers on.

Stripping out the front board looks like quite a task, and I wondered if anyone has encountered a similar issue before I proceed. I suspect a fuse on the front board may have blown, but before I potentially waste time on this, I’d appreciate it if someone could confirm or share their experience with a similar fault.

Thanks in advance for any insights or guidance!
