Lámp changer failed en pantalla azul

Y lamp changer failed con vídeo

O vaces parece normal la como si estubiera todo bien pero queda como bloqueado no funciona ni teclado ni nada solo da vídeo

Y También en casos enciende normal  y todo trabaja bien

Me podrían ayudar con esta falla por favor
