1ReplySat Aug 17 2024 | Unit will not stay on After discussing this issue with the customer, it seems after powering on the system, it attempts to boot up, but immediately turns itself off. I'm suspecting low batteries. The unit might have sat for a period of time unplugged. Just seeing if I'm on the right track. Having trouble finding technical manuals for the Zen-7000. Reply |
