1Reply3 months ago | Probes are "freeze" Hello! Vivid S6, aged since 2011, but still a necessary device. Everything works, everything turns on, all buttons are pressed and active. It detects both sensors, allows you to select them and select a scanning program! The problem is that the picture of the image seems to be in a constant “freeze”. Does not react at all to the surface of the probes! Both probes are the same! A full diagnostic test did not reveal any errors - everything is "PASS"! 2Replies2 years ago | Vivid S6 is not turned ON. On/Off Button is not lit Hi there, i have run into a problem on Vivid S6. Suddenly it shut down and was not turned any more. On/Off Button is not lit (not amber, not green). The display is dark. Keyboard is not lit. I consider a power supply. The bottom AC box (itself) is functioning (provides 20v and 5V, 12V when control signal is provided from the outer power source). Without the outer signal, the AC box gives 20V only and Vivid doesn't start. I changed the DCDC supply. Useless. I hear weak noise coming from it. I checked the BEP (computer) and replaced the battery on it. Useless. How can I check the computer (BEP) in this case? What else to try? Did anybody meet this? Reply |
