3Replies9 years ago | Horizontal motor change I just change the horizontal motor in the couch of the system. All the movements of the couch are working correctly and the trolley reaches its home position without problem; but the system is not reconizing the motor. It won´t let me do scan becuase "the initialization stopped because an essential component is missing or has a fatal error" concerning to the ANIMATIC (THAT IS THE HORIZONTAL MOTOR) The motor that I replace is not the exact same model, the one that is damage is model: SM2330SQ and the new one is SM2320SQ My question is if I have to change something in the system that tells that the motor is diferent model? Do I have to do something else than just change the motor? Reply |
