DESCRIPTION

This densitometer will provide you with high resolution images and low patient dose. It uses a patented automatic internal reference system that gives you the accurate results you need at just the push of a button. The Hologic QDR 1000 Plus densitometer machine fits in an 8ft x 8ft space. It does not require any special shielding. It uses a swing-away arm which allows the scanning table to be used as a treatment table or an exam chair for your regular patient visits. It is also equipped with a rotating calibration wheel to assure long term precision values as well as direct compatibility between all of the QDR machines.
