DESCRIPTION
GE Healthcare has launched the Invenia ABUS (Automated Breast Ultrasound System) as an adjunct to mammography.The Invenia ABUS uses Reverse Curve transducer technology that conforms to a womans anatomy and Compression Assist, providing three levels of light, automated compressions, for added patient comfort and enhanced image quality and reproducibility. GE is the sole provider of FDA-approved ABUS screening.
