DESCRIPTION

The Transposal Safety Station is designed to process the system’s 1800 or 2800cc reusable canisters. The unit is typically installed in place of a hopper sink in a Decontamination Room. Once installed, Operators simply place fluid filled canisters in the unit, close the lid and with the touch of a button canisters are automatically emptied, cleaned, and disinfected.      House-wide infectious fluid management is easily accomplished by replacing conventional disposable suction canisters with Zimmer's suction canisters. During the cleaning process inside the Safety Station, a disinfecting agent is applied to the cannister, enabling easy reuse.
