when they plug the AMX4 plus for overnight charging,the main braker tripped

I NEED A CALIBRATION MANUAL FOR AMX3

Im working on a GE AMX 3, I press the rotor switch and gives me no rotor. I checked all the fuses all good. I checked the service manual and saw that k140 activates the rotor.I charged the batteries they give me 132. Could that board be the problem, or can I start. Thanks can email me at gvlo949@yahoo.com
