DESCRIPTION
This is a dedicated microscope for eye surgery, specifically Cataract surgery.
Although similar in physical appearance to the MDU, it is not capable of being used for other disciplines. One of the features of the MDO is an oblique illumination system. This is an offset light that shines at a different angle to help specifically enhance the red-reflex. The S5 floorstand is included as well.
