Electronic tourniquets
The 400-40 Single Electronic Tourniquet is equipped with NiMH (nickel-metal-hydrid) type of batteries, enabling uniterrupted use without recharging up to 4 hours. With help of the built-in pump, valves, a powerful microprocessor, memory for the latest surgical procedures and finally an electronic troubleshooter for possible faults, we believe that we have designed a safe tourniquet for the user as well as for the patient. An automatic guide shows on the display how to use the tourniquet step by step.

FEATURES
- Fast inflation and deflation.
- Battery back-up system automatically engages if C current is interrupted.
- Powerful microprocessor monitors and gives alarms visually and audible for possible hazardous conditions for the patient.
- Clear display where figures and letters can be seen from anywhere in the O.R.
- Totally self contained.
- Alarms include too low and too high pressure, low battery capacity, leaks and kinks.
- Automatic start-up test where all critical components like pump, valves, PDM board, alarms, volume of sound etc are checked in a matter of a couple of seconds. The result is shown on the display with an OK sign and the preset pressure.
- Automatic timer which signals the user on the display and with a short 2 seconds beep after 30 minutes and then every 15 minutes up to 3 hours. The volume of the sound can be adjusted. The timer starts automatically when the cuff is inflated and stops when the cuff is deflated.
- Computerized memory of the latest surgical procedures. The result can be printed out with a PC and printer.
- Easy to clean and glare resistant.
- A sturdy, durable and solid housing in stainless steel and aluminum.
