Some surgeons like to control and manipulate the endoscope by twisting the insertion tube and prefer the longer, L-type instrument, while others prefer using the control handle of the endoscope and use the S-type instrument [*] Large working channel 1.2mm - Despite the narrow diameter of the insertion tube, the CHF-CB30’s has a 1.2mm channel which facilitates distention and the use of a wide range of 3Fr instruments [/list]
