4RepliesFri Aug 23 2019 | Shutter operation and errors We have a C6 and have had error 12, 85, and 22 repeatedly for the past 9 months, since we bought it. Our service provider has tried on 4 separate attempts to fix this but seem unable or unwilling to fix it. We have this on a dedicated 120v line. This seems like a shutter problem or maybe the capacitor or HVPS needs replacing. Has anyone had this problem with the C6, can you offer some advice. Is there a laser technician I could contact to help us? ThanksReply |
